Neet Biology

**Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective biology lessons tailored to the NEET syllabus.
- Cover topics such as Botany, Zoology, Human Physiology, Genetics, Evolution, Cell Biology, and Ecology.
- Simplify complex concepts to make them easily understandable for students.
- Use diagrams, animations, and visual aids to explain biological processes and systems.

**2. Exam Preparation**:

- Teach problem-solving techniques and strategies to tackle multiple-choice questions (MCQs) effectively.
- Conduct regular mock tests and practice sessions to simulate the NEET exam environment.
- Focus on time management and accuracy to help students maximize their performance in the exam.

**3. Study Material and Resources**:

- Create comprehensive study notes, question banks, and revision materials aligned with the NEET syllabus.
- Provide students with previous years’ NEET question papers and solutions.
- Recommend reference books, online resources, and study tools for additional practice.

**4. Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized guidance to address their learning gaps.
- Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and reduce exam-related stress.
- Offer tips on effective study techniques, time management, and exam strategies.

**5. Performance Tracking**:

- Regularly assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and evaluations.
- Provide detailed feedback to students and parents/guardians on performance and areas of improvement.
- Adjust teaching methods based on students’ individual learning needs.

**6. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain attendance records, test scores, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize doubt-clearing sessions and group discussions.
- Stay updated with NEET syllabus changes and exam pattern updates.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmednagar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
