KEY PURPOSE:
To complete assigned development related quality concerns as well as documentation work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare PPAP documents and attend PPAP run activity with customer.

Should have Knowledge of GD&T.

Should have basic knowledge of Injection Moulding process.

Should have knowledge about Measuring Instruments such as Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, gauges, Checking Fixtures etc.

Should have knowledge regarding the CMM, VMM etc

Arrange & Attend PTR/PPAP review with customer.

Attend new mould trials (T0, T1 etc.)

Prepare and Maintain Layout inspection/PIST report of parts after trials.

Should have Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, Pokayoke etc.

KEY INTERFACES:
External - Customers, Suppliers

Internal - All functional departments

REQUIRED COMPETENCY PROFILE:
Education :CIPET/Deg/Dip in Plastic/Polymer/Mechanical Engg

Experience : 0-2 yrs Automotive Industry ( Plastic Injection Molding Preferable )

Other Skills : Auto Cad, Catia, GD &T.

Good communication & presentation skills, Commitment, Time management

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
