Interior Site Supervisor

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Understanding & Execution of drawings for Civil and interiors Projects.
- Oversee day to day operations of the Site
- Managing the day-to-day activities on site including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractor.
- Planning the daily works with the contractor as per the weekly schedule and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the project specifications.
- Preparing and generating daily progress reports, next-day planning, material inventory register, and other related reports.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures - complying with legal regulations.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Performing other duties as required.
- Responsibilities also include site measurements, billing, and material needs etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's in B.Tech Civil or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 Years of Experience in the Civil & Interior fit-out projects.
- Communication in English and Hindi is Mandatory
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
- Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must.
- Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
