Design and Drafting

Create detailed 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD for interior designprojects.Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp to visualize design concepts.Assist in preparing mood boards, design presentations, and material specifications.

Project DocumentationPrepare detailed project drawings, including electrical, plumbing, and furniture layouts.Ensure all designs are compliant with industry standards and project requirements.

Maintain organized documentation of design files, drawings, and revisions.Coordination and CollaborationCollaborate with senior designers and project managers to understand projectrequirements.Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and plumbers to ensure designs are executed asplanned.

Software and Administrative TasksUtilize MS Office tools for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and other project-related documents.Research materials, fixtures, and finishes suitable for projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, ora related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in interior design or architectural drafting.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts for interior projects.Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into technical drawings.

Good communication and organizational skills.Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
