**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed **test cases, test plans, and test scripts**.
- Conduct **manual testing** to validate features, functionality, and performance.
- **Detect, log, and track defects** through tools like Jira, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Document and evaluate **test results**, ensuring full traceability of defects and test coverage.
- Perform **regression, integration, and system testing** across multiple releases and environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including developers, designers, and product managers — to ensure software quality.
- Support and contribute to **automation testing** frameworks and initiatives.
- Participate in **Agile development cycles**, including sprint planning and reviews.**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 3+ years** of professional experience in **QA testing** (manual and automation).
- Strong understanding of **software QA methodologies**, tools, and processes.
- Experience with **Agile/Scrum frameworks** and **regression testing**.
- Hands-on experience with **Jira** or other defect-tracking systems.
- Working knowledge of **programming or scripting languages** (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
- Excellent **analytical skills** and attention to detail.
- Educational background, btech,bca,mca,or relevant.
