**Job Type**:
Full-time | Entry-Level

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and retouch raw images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
- Ensure visual consistency and maintain high-quality standards across all edited images.
- Format, crop, and resize images for both digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate closely with photographers and creative teams to align with the visual style of each shoot.
- Organize and maintain an efficient photo editing workflow and archive.
- Achieve daily and weekly editing goals within set deadlines.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent editing tools.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in color correction and image composition.
- Good understanding of lighting, skin tones, and visual aesthetics.
- Eagerness to learn and openness to constructive feedback.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

**Eligibility**:

- Freshers with 0-1 year of experience in image editing are welcome to apply.
