Tele Calling Executive

bigfestival.in is a leading online store specialising in fireworks, offering high-quality products with a seamless shopping experience. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive customer engagement and sales.

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting products, and closing sales. You should be comfortable interacting with customers, using online tools for order management, and working with sales data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process orders, manage the online dashboard, and track sales records.
- Work with Google Drive, Excel, and documents for data entry and reporting.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to increase sales conversions.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in using computers, dashboards, Google Drive, Excel, and documents.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills for sales.
- Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi (preferred but not mandatory).
