**Requirement For Trainer-**

1. Should have handled a Team as a Trainer
2. Training and monitoring the team members
3. Strong on Performance management

4. Develop the work plans

5. Follow up with the attendance of the team
6. Grade evaluations to measure the level of learning of the trainees
7. Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
8. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
9. Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
10. Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
11. Research new teaching methods.
12. Attend education conferences.
13. Team motivator
14. Support the operation during the nesting period
15. Offering learning solutions and services.

**Experience**:

- 1 -2 years
**Education** - Any Graduate

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
