**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine operations & maintenance of the entire & complete internal plumbing systems, fittings and fixtures.
- Diagnose and repair problems, including component installation and replacement
- Estimate costs of plumbing installation, repairs, and services to customers
- Complete preventative maintenance for customers
- Check newly installed components to make sure they work
- Maintain records of completed activities and parts used
- Repair and maintain water supply lines
- Repair and maintain drainage lines
- Cutting, assembling and fixing of pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Ensure routine inspection of plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Handling customer queries and responding to call outs.
- In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical;
- Proven experience of at least 04 years in Operations & Maintenance of Plumbing and Sanitary Plant & Machinery;

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
