**Director’s Personal Driver**

Position OverviewThe Director’s Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and confidential transportation for the Director, ensuring smooth coordination of daily travel schedules and maintaining the company vehicle at a high standard. This role demands punctuality, discretion, and proactive planning to support the Director’s professional and personal commitments. The driver will also handle banking errands, essential document delivery, and assist with personal tasks when required — always maintaining complete trust and confidentiality. A polished appearance, professional conduct, and readiness for flexible working hours are essential for this positionKey Responsibilities

**Primary Driving Responsibilities**
- Safely drive the Director to office, client meetings, site visits & personal appointments
- Ensure timely pickup & drop with route planning to avoid traffic delays
- Maintain smooth & comfortable driving style at all times

**Vehicle Care & Operations**
- Keep vehicle clean daily — interior & exterior
- Regular checklist: fuel level, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, AC, first-aid kit
- Manage servicing, maintenance & repairs on schedule
- Ensure vehicle always has valid documents (RC, insurance, PUC, and all permits)

**Professional Conduct**
- Maintain total confidentiality of Director’s personal & professional matters
- Display respectful behaviour, disciplined communication & neat appearance
- Avoid personal phone usage while on duty
- Maintain patience and work calmly even under sudden changes in plan

**Scheduling & Coordination**
- Manage daily travel schedule in coordination with Executive Assistant / Office
- Real-time updates to Director on delays, routes, expected travel duration
- Stay available during all travel until release by Director

**Security & Safety**
- Vigilant on routes, surroundings & parking locations
- Double-check door locks and secure parking
- Prioritize safety protocols in all situations

**Banking & Financial Errands**
- Visit bank for depositing / withdrawing cheques or cash as instructed
- Collect bank statements, DD/PO, passbook updates if required
- Maintain confidentiality and responsibility during cash handling
- Submit deposit slips/receipts properly to accounts team or Director
- Ensure secure travel and safety of financial materials

**Additional Support**
- Assist in handling luggage, documents & personal items
- Assist in running urgent personal errands when requested
- Be available for early morning, late night, weekend travel as per requirement
- The driver may also support other official or external tasks whenever required, strictly with prior approval from Management or HR

**Record Management**
- Maintain trip log, fuel receipts, toll slips & mileage
- Keep track of maintenance schedules and report regularly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
