**Position Description**:

- Infra Technology specialist who can Architect and deploy of new releases of SCCM / MECM
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions for deployment
- Handling L4 role and infrastructure activities on SCCM / MECM
- Handle Windows Patch Management, Patch Identification and approvals, Patch Deployment and reporting and Patch remediation
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance including service packs, hot fixes, and security configurations
- Management and Troubleshooting of SCCM hierarchy related issues
- Configuration and deployment of OSD Image
- Experience in handling ITIL based process (Change / Incident / Problem Management)
- SUP / WSUS configuration and classifications
- Handle Audit and Vulnerabilities issues for windows operating system
- Maintain standards for installation of infrastructure software and hardware installations
- Prepare Weekly & Monthly reports and present on Weekly & Monthly Governance meetings
- Create and update all technical KB documentation of all operating procedures as needed
- Troubleshooting Windows OS level issues related to SCCM client
- Perform installation and migration of systems and services at remote locations
- Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Handle 99.99% of compliance of patching and other deployment actives

- Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012,2016 and 2019
- DNS, DHCP and LDAP
