Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Handle material return management from Customer to Danfoss Product Engineering Center
- Co-ordinate with regional service team and customer service center
- Support in 8D and 3D analysis report preparation
- Co-ordinate with global and regional cross functional teams to achieve team goals
- Support Failure analysis of AC drives and Power electronics components
- Physical presence at office is expected

**Background & Skills**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Power Electronics
- Knowledge/experience in Salesforce
- Knowledge in SAP - IQOS
- In-depth knowledge and experience in MS Excel, Power Point ; Good Data analytical skills ;
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a team across cultures.
- Global mindset with good communication skills.
- Communication skills in Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage
