**Purpose - Telecaller(Student Service Advisor) **is responsible for connecting with potential students for generating maximum footfalls in the centres

**Performance Metrics**
- Completing daily target of calls (minimum 200 - inbound & outbound)
- Handling Telephonic enquiries and converting them into walk ins
- Follow up in optimum TAT

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling enquiries and converting them to admissions
- Follow up calls for payments from students as per the due date
- Achievement of the individual and centre target

**Profile**
- Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Should be fluent in English, Local language knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Clear diction and clarity in speech
- Good at computers
- Experience in Educational Counselling is preferred (People with call center background preferred)
- Should be a team player

**Work Experience**
- 2-4 years

**Salary**: ₹10,356.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
