Creative Executive

Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, advertisements, website banners, and promotional content.
Video Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for the platform, including promotional videos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes content, and user-generated content.
Content Editing: Edit raw video footage to produce polished, engaging, and brand-aligned video pieces. Incorporate animation, sound, and visual effects as needed.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and design teams to align content with brand strategies and campaign goals.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, video production, and digital media.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all graphic and video content adheres to YConnect’s brand guidelines, tone, and style.
Creative Input: Provide creative input and ideas for new content formats and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, videographer, or creative executive with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience with video equipment and editing software.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in social media content creation is a plus.
Passion for youth culture, education, and creativity.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
