**Axicon Automation**, a leading innovator in laser marking technology, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Telemarketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in generating qualified leads and promoting our advanced laser marking machines to potential customers across diverse industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads to introduce Axicon Automation and our laser marking solutions.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to discuss customer requirements further.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and identifying potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of call activities and results in our CRM system.
- Contribute to developing and refining telemarketing scripts and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification techniques.
- A clear and confident speaking voice with the ability to present information persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A passion for technology and a strong understanding of how laser marking can benefit various industries is preferred.
