- Set SMM Objectives (Likes, Reach, Engagement, Leads, and Sales)
- Set a strategy for how to increase views, subscribers, and watching hours on the YouTube channel
- Plan Content Strategy
- Plan Promotional Strategy
- Plan Media Mix
- Measurement and Analysis
