Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **day-to-day office administrative tasks** efficiently.
- Assist in **preparing and maintaining records, files, and reports**.
- Support the team with **data entry, documentation**, and basic correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations.
- Provide support in **scheduling meetings, preparing documents**, and organizing files.
- Assist in basic accounting or IT-related work (as per qualification).
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **BCA / B.Com** from a recognized university.
- **Freshers are encouraged to apply.**:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
