**Job Title**: English Faculty - Grade 8 to 12
**Location**: Sarjapur, Bangalore
**Institution**: Sri EDU Foundation -CBSE Curriculum
**Joining**: Immediate
**Qualification**: B.A./M.A. in English with B.Ed.Mandatory
**Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language and literature for Grades 8 to 12 as per CBSE guidelines.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the academic standards of the curriculum.
- Assess students’ performance through assignments, tests, and examinations; provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes student participation and communication skills.
- Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on grammar, comprehension, writing, and analytical skills.
- Maintain accurate student records, track academic progress, and share updates with parents when required.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to support cross-curricular learning and school events.
- Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and training workshops as scheduled.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in digital tools and online teaching methodologies
- Ability to engage with teenagers and inspire a love for English language and literature
- A team player with a professional attitude and willingness to contribute to school development

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Salary**: As per industry standards and experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
