*Role Overview:*

As a *Loan Admin* at *Rupeek*, you will manage the approval of KYC, Gold, Payment, and Release transactions, ensuring adherence to policies and timelines. You will also conduct gold loan appraisals and identify any issues like spurious gold or stone deductions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Approve KYC, Gold, Payment, and Release transactions within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with policies and process controls for payment and back-office functions.
- Identify errors during the approval process.
- Conduct visual gold appraisals, identifying issues such as spurious gold or stone deductions.
*Required Skills:*
- *Education:* BCom or any relevant degree.
- *Relevant Experience:* 6 months to 1 year in loan approval or related roles, preferably in *Gold Loan* or financial services.
- *Industry Knowledge:* Experience in the *Gold Loan industry* or related sectors.
- *Skills:* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work well in a team and influence stakeholders.
