**Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**Experience: 2-4 Years
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
We are looking for someone having hands on experience and excellence in recruitment, who had done technical as well non-technical recruitment (Preferably in IT industry)
- Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy.
- Develop and update Job descriptions and Job specifications as per company requirements.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- On board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
