Job Title: Software Test Engineer

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Software Test Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in manual testing, writing test cases, and automating web and API tests.

**Manual Testing: Execute manual tests and ensure software functionality and stability. Identify, report, and track bugs to resolution.**

**Defect Reporting: Identify defects and inconsistencies, log them in bug tracking tools like JIRA, and work with developers for resolution. ** Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to clarify requirements and ensure robust test coverage
Test Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and automation scripts.

**Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes and automation strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze defects. ** Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.

**Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.**

Experience (preferred): Hands-on experience in automation testing and experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Nice to Have**:Experience working in Agile environments. ** Familiarity with version control tools like Git. **Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
