**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as school principals, administrators, and procurement officers.
- Present and demonstrate educational products/services (e.g.,Curriculum materials, training programs).
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend education fairs, conferences, and networking events.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients in the education industry.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with educational institutions.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools or curriculum-based products.
- Knowledge of public and private education systems and procurement processes.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.
