B.Arch / M.Arch 1-3 years work experience (preferred).
- Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, Auto Cad, Sketch up, Photoshop, Revit
- Design and develop conceptual design for our clients
- Assist in the development of structural plans including general layouts, foundation plans, concrete details, steel details, cross sections, reinforcing details, utility plans, and exhibits.
- Produce Design and Construction documentation as necessary
- Prepare material selections and work closely with supply chain to execute the construction documentation as necessary
- Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Convert the conceptual Sketchup files/hand sketches into working drawings.
