**Experience: 3+ years**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the selection, sourcing, and procurement of bags for the brand or store.
- Work closely with senior merchants to analyze customer preferences, sales trends, and market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, styles, and materials in the bag/garments industry.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure bags/garments meet quality and aesthetic standards.
- Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring stock is available to meet demand.
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal and promotional collections.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to improve product assortments.
- Assist in product pricing, ensuring competitive pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising teams to ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor the performance of product lines and suggest improvements or discontinuations.
- Support the senior merchant in managing the budgeting and forecasting process.
