Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls on the given data to Retain and Acquire donors
2. Meet set number and income targets by signing financial supporters for the organization.
3. To do proper follow-ups after generating the leads
4. To train and develop the new team members in the organization.
5. To ensure that all the field-generated information is properly entered in the sponsorship mandate form and daily call report.
6. To follow up from prospects and get them to sign for financial support
7. To ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organization by him/ herself
8. To play an active role in the overall target achievement of the team.
9. Any other responsibility assigned by your line manager.
