**Sales Internship**

**Job Description - **The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You'll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and generate lists of potential customers, new markets, and customer needs.
- Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
- Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
- Assist in evaluating new sponsorship opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting the client's objectives. Additionally, author company collaterals for the sales pitch.
- Build a sales lead pipeline, proactively reach out to clients and align discussions with the Management.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Determine cross-selling opportunities among different business units.
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to handle work pressure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Must be Detail-oriented.

- **Immediate joiners are preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
