**Job Title**: Account Supervisor
**Location**: Hansi, Haryana

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the accounting department (A/P, A/R, general ledger, etc.)
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes
- Review and verify financial transactions, vouchers, and records
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations
- Maintain compliance with financial policies and regulations (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Train, guide, and monitor performance of junior accounting staff
- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and internal teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
