**Job Title**: AutoCAD Designer - Event Industry Specialist

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Layout Design**: Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for event spaces, including stage designs, seating arrangements, booth layouts, and floor plans.
- **Technical Drawings**: Produce accurate technical drawings for structural elements, lighting rigs, truss systems, and other event components.
- **Space Planning**: Optimize venue layouts to ensure efficient use of space while maintaining aesthetics and functionality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with event managers, production teams, and clients to understand design requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all designs meet safety standards, building codes, and venue regulations.
- **Revisions**: Modify designs based on feedback from clients or stakeholders and provide updated drawings promptly.
- **Material Specifications**: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure designs align with material availability and production capabilities.
- **Visualization**: Provide basic 3D renderings or walkthroughs for client presentations if required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Architectural Design, Drafting, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 4+ years of experience in AutoCAD design, preferably in the event or exhibition industry.
- Experience with event-specific design challenges, such as large-scale setups and temporary structures.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and other design software such as corel draw or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, structural integrity, and safety considerations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and integrate AV, lighting, and staging elements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
