- Builds data pipelines and effective datasets and models.

- Consistent assessment and tracking of ML system performance and reliability to refine it with each outcome.
- Design and implement ML/NLP models for intent classification, entity recognition (NER), and dialogue management.
- Develop and maintain chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with ML/NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, spaCy, scikit-learn).
