**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted call lists.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services.
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain ongoing communication and build rapport.
- Utilize data mining techniques to identify and target potential customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the client base.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to discuss their real estate needs.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with clients in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a real estate sales representative or similar role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
