Role Description

Role and responsibilities

PMO Manager

Manage end to end PMO operations for Project portfolios.

Have end to end understanding of IT project life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financials etc.) and experience in delivering & supporting major Software releases.

Experience in Resource management, Stakeholder management, Project Status Reporting & Tracking.

Manage Task based resource forecasting and hours-based allocations.

Track & Manage resource Timesheets & weekly inputs.

Keeping track for Data quality of projects against RAID (Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies) and publish weekly RAG Status reports of all the Projects in portfolio.

Experience in enhancing the overall project management processes, policies, tooling and templates to improve the operating model maturity and establish effective Project Governance Structure.

Work with Tech leads/managers & provide them support for all project management activities.

Proven Experience in analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

Create and provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.

Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets & meeting deadlines.

Accurately documenting the project's creation, development & execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

Responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management activities, including recording fully executed Agreements into contract portal (PPM)/SharePoint, managing renewals, extension, change orders and termination of contracts, invoices, accruals etc.

8+ years experience in IT Project / Program management and PMO.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Visio etc.

Ability to deal efficiently with escalations & difficult situations/people under pressure

Excellent self-management, influence management, information presentation and interpersonal communication

Hands on experience in Excel

Hands on experience in Microsoft office tools

Good communication/interpersonal skill

Able to complete the tasks quickly

Coordinating with the resources on timesheets, Pending courses etc.

Fieldglass and MS dynamics experience is mandatory.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Around 10 to 12 years of experience in PMO.
