Commis Chef

**Position**: Commis Chef - Multi-Cuisine (Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental & Fusion)
**Location**: La Nature Hotels & Resorts, Sikar, Rajasthan

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of various cuisine types as per standards
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen
Prepare mise en place and ensure timely support during service
Follow instructions from CDP/Sous Chef and maintain kitchen discipline
Show initiative in learning new techniques and cuisines

**Requirements**:
Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or hotel management preferred
1-2 years of relevant kitchen experience
Basic knowledge of different cuisines and cooking methods
Punctual, eager to learn, and a good team player
