**Job Title**: Order Processing & Customer Support Executive

**Location**: 5010 Shree Kuberji World Saroli Surat

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage customer orders through Shopify.
- Coordinate order fulfillment using **Shiprocket**.
- Resolve order-related issues, including returns and exchanges.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and the logistics team.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience with Shopify and Shiprocket is a must.**:

- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support/order processing is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
