**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and visual designs.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Maintain consistency of design systems, styles, and brand guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma and Adobe XD.
- Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects, wireframes, and prototypes.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.
