**Job Description -**
- Job Summary: As a CNC Maintenance Mechanical fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines within the manufacturing facility
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment (Measuring equipment ).
- Understanding hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to perform precision measurements and alignments.
- Authorization for Maintenance: Decide on the type of maintenance (routine, corrective, preventive) required for each CNC machine.
- Part Replacement: Authority to order and replace critical components or spare parts as necessary.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic equipment and pneumatic equipment.
- Knowledge about cnc machine spindle and axial play checking.
- **CNC Machine Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, RCA,, and pneumatic systems.**
