Job Description:

- Perform a variety of activities involving the coding of medical records by ascribing accurate diagnosis and CPT codes as per ICD-10 and CPT systems of coding
- Perform Coding for records pertaining to E/M In patient & Out patient, UDS, Anesthesia etc. performed with accuracy and as per turnaround time requirementsExceeds the productivity standards for Medical Coding - as per the productivity norms for inpatient and/or specialty-specific outpatient coding standardsFocuses on updating coding skills, knowledge, and accuracy by participating in coding team meetings
- Understanding and extracting significant information from medical recordsTo transform healthcare diagnosis, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universal medical alphanumeric codes
- Assures that all services documented in the patient’s chart are coded with appropriate CPT-4 and ICD-9 codes. When services are not documented appropriately, seeks to attain proper documentation in a timely mannerEducation/ Experience Requirements
- Minimum HSC (12 th Grade) and aboveCPC certification is a mustShould have analytical skills and should be able to identify any code

Requirement:

- Minimum 1 Year of Experience E/M-In Patient and Out Patient is required in the same profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft office toolsMust have good Knowledge about Anesthesia specialty.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
