Job Title: Plant Operator

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

Location: Chhatral, Gandhinagar

Experience Required: 1-5 Years

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹27,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor chemical treatment equipment, ensuring that gauges, dials, and

flow meters function accurately and safely throughout the production process.
- Respond promptly to warning signals or alarms, taking swift and appropriate action to

mitigate any risks or operational issues.
- Adjust and control manual or semi-automatic machinery via control panels, valves, or

input devices to maintain optimal process conditions.
- Collect and test chemical samples regularly to ensure process accuracy and adherence

to product quality standards.
- Shut down or adjust machinery during emergencies following established safety

protocols and supervisory directives.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance and

prevent workplace incidents.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to detect signs of wear, damage, or corrosion,

and report any concerns to the maintenance or supervisory team.
- Perform end-of-shift cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure readiness for the

next operational cycle.
- Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
