**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** for **Entrepreneurship**, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
**Content Review for Gaps and Experiential Transformation**:
- Review course content (curriculum, textbooks, and static materials) to identify gaps in experiential learning opportunities.
- Identify the need for 25-30% new content to fill gaps and ensure the curriculum is aligned with current trends and technologies.
- Provide insights on how to transform traditional materials into interactive, hands-on components that align with learning objectives.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to adapt textbook content into experiential exercises while maintaining alignment with existing objectives.
**Lesson Components Development**:
- Develop new content (25-30% of the 45-hour curriculum) to fill identified gaps and enhance experiential learning.
- Write content for assignments that support experiential learning objectives.
**Teacher Resource Development and Review**:
- Develop teaching tips for each unit to guide instructors in using the created material effectively.
- Review immersive practice lesson extensions created by instructional designers and suggest improvements to enhance the learning experience.
- Create discussion prompts that promote critical thinking, peer interaction, and deeper exploration of key topics.
**Stakeholder Review & Approval Support**:
Key Requirements:
- **Expertise in Entrepreneurship**: In-depth knowledge and practical experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or a related field.
- **Curriculum Development Experience**: Proven track record of developing, revising, or reviewing curriculum and lesson plans for educational programs.
- **Content Writing Skills**: Strong ability to write clear, engaging, and informative educational content tailored to various learning styles.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
