Perfusionist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perfusionist to join our medical team. As a Perfusionist, you will be responsible for operating and managing the heart-lung machine during various medical procedures, including open-heart surgeries and organ transplants. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the safety and well-being of patients undergoing these critical procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor the heart-lung machine during cardiac surgeries and other medical procedures.
- Administer blood products and medications through the cardiopulmonary bypass circuit.
- Analyze and interpret patient data from various monitoring devices.
- Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures, equipment usage, and patient information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the heart-lung machine.
- Stay updated with advancements in perfusion technology and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Perfusion Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Perfusionist.
- Strong knowledge of perfusion equipment, techniques, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
