Job Summary: The Senior QA Faculty member will be a senior-level professional responsible for educating and mentoring individuals pursuing careers in Quality Assurance. This role includes curriculum development, teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA programs. The Senior QA Faculty member will play a key role in ensuring that our students are well-prepared to meet the demands of the quality assurance field.

Job Description: As a Senior QA Faculty member at Kvalitat Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch education and training to QA students, professionals, and enthusiasts. You will play a key role in designing and delivering curriculum, conducting workshops, and providing mentorship to help individuals develop strong foundations in Q

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:Develop and update curriculum content for quality assurance programs.Design courses that align with industry standards and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Teaching and Instruction:Deliver lectures and practical sessions on quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.Engage and interact with students to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Mentoring and Advising:Provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate their academic and professional journeys in quality assurance.Mentor students in research projects, internships, or capstone projects.
Assessment and Evaluation:Create and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.Participate in the assessment of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Professional Development:Stay current with developments in quality assurance and related fields.Engage in research and contribute to scholarly activities within the institution.
Collaboration:Collaborate with fellow faculty members, industry experts, and staff to create a positive learning environment and ensure a high-quality educational experience.Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees.
Industry Engagement:Foster relationships with industry partners to facilitate internships, job placements, and industry-specific knowledge transfer.Stay informed about industry trends and demands.

Qualifications:BE or Masters in Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Extensive professional experience in the field of Quality Assurance with a track record of successful student outcomes.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
