**Life Insurance Sales Representative**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quote Generation**:

- Generate accurate and competitive quotes for a variety of life insurance products.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- **In-House Sales via Telesales**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound telesales to promote life insurance products.
- Engage with potential customers, effectively presenting product features, benefits, and pricing.
- **RFQ Handling**:

- Manage requests for quotes from clients and agents promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure follow-up communication and provide exceptional customer service throughout the quoting process.
- **Appointment Generation**:

- Utilize data analytics to identify potential leads and generate appointments for sales meetings.
- Maintain a proactive approach to scheduling and confirming appointments with clients.
- **Agent Relationship Management**:

- Support and manage relationships with insurance agents to promote product sales and share market insights.
- Provide agents with necessary tools and information to help them close deals effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
