JOB DESCRIPTION:
- At least 7 years of experience in SAP APO PPDS modules At least 3 end to end APO PPDS implementations not including rollouts Experience in SAP S4Advanced Planning and SAP certification would be an added advantage PROCESS KNOWLEDGE Deep Process understanding of end to end Supply Chain planning, familiarity or expertise with SCOR model is preferred, technology agnostic Expertise in Process Industry TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP APO with expertise in PPDS. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams. Ability to architect a Production planning and scheduling solution using APO PPDS while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within APO as well as of APO with ERP systems Deep expertise in Process industry Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizations Good level of functional expertise in Core interface CIF Hands on Experience and deep expertise in

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
