Direct customers to online resources and help them understand about product
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Develop a rapport with customers
- Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
- Conduct online screen shared demo of product if requested by customer
- Cordinate visits of customers to office or project site.
