Develop, test, and modify programs for industrial robots ( KUKA, Yaskawa).
- Configure robot paths, positions, I/O, and logic for tasks like welding, painting, material handling, or assembly.
- Integrate robots with PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, and other automation equipment.
- Ensure seamless communication between devices using fieldbus protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet).
- Perform on-site robot commissioning.
- Diagnose and resolve robotic issues, faults, and downtime causes.
- Modify code or parameters to improve cycle time or reliability.
- Use simulation tools (e.g., RoboGuide, RobotStudio) for offline programming and feasibility studies.
- Verify collision-free paths and optimize robot motion.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance routines.
- Provide support for robotic systems post-installation or post-deployment.
- Create and maintain program documentation, backup files, and system manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., ISO 10218, RIA standards).
- Work with design engineers, mechanical/electrical teams, and project managers.
- Train operators and maintenance staff on robotic systems.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
