- **Student Mentoring & Evaluation**:

- Supervise and mentor students in both classroom and clinical settings.
- Assess students’ performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
- Provide academic and career guidance to nursing students.
- **Clinical Support & Supervision**:

- Ensure students follow nursing protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance of students during hospital postings.
- **Administrative & Academic Contribution**:

- Maintain student records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
- Participate in curriculum development and examination duties.
- Assist in organizing academic programs, health camps, and continuing education sessions.
- **Research & Professional Development**:

- Encourage evidence-based practice and involve students in basic research activities.
- Stay updated with latest trends in nursing education and clinical practice.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
