**Back Office Executive**:

- at TripFactory (Nexus DMC) is Key Role Help Travel Agents to Work On Our Online Platform For Holidays Packages and come out from the traditional way, also help to match their requirement with help of Our Internal Team
- Managing data: Entering and updating data into company databases, and ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating with other departments: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that operations are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Generating reports: Generating reports and providing analysis to help the company make informed business decisions.
- Providing administrative support: Providing administrative support to other departments, such as scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and managing office supplies.
- Maintaining records: Ensuring that records are properly maintained and stored, and that confidential information is kept secure.
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.

Back Office Executive should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. also be proficient in using computers and common office software, such as Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is typically preferred for this position, along with relevant work experience in a similar role.
