**Summary**

Will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business objectives, market trends, and evolving consumer expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend creativity, data-driven insights, and cross-channel marketing expertise
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities
- Develop holistic brand strategy frameworks that encompass digital, social, and traditional marketing channels
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Leverage AI and data analytics tools to gain consumer insights and track brand performance metrics
- Design innovative narrative strategies that resonate with target demographics, with a focus on authenticity and purpose-driven messaging
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Monitor emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, and consumer behavior
- Develop and manage brand storytelling initiatives across multiple platforms
- Create robust measurement frameworks to assess brand equity and campaign effectiveness
- Advise leadership on brand reputation management and strategic communication

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Positioning**: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform brand positioning and messaging.
- **Brand Strategy**: Create and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances brand reputation, and drives customer engagement.
- **Brand Architecture**: Develop and manage our brand architecture, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, social media, advertising, and events.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a content strategy that resonates with our target audience, supports brand messaging, and drives business results.
- **Digital Transformation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage these innovations to enhance our brand and customer experience.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Analyze data and metrics to measure brand performance, providing actionable insights to inform future brand strategies and optimization.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- **Agency Management**: Manage external agency partners, including creative, media, and digital agencies, to ensure effective brand execution and ROI.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Brand stratagist: 3 years (preferred)
