**Position Overview**:
As a Back Office Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing sales-related documentation, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in maintaining customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing or invoicing issues.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies.

- Proven experience in a sales support or back office role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
