**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update client accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding payments and account issues.
- Monitor account balances and ensure timely collections.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Handle correspondence related to accounts payable and receivable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,622.39 - ₹33,549.25 per month
