**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language and literature to classes 11 and 12 as per CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
- Promote critical thinking, creative writing, and interpretative skills in students.
- Conduct classroom activities, debates, presentations, and literary events.
- Evaluate students’ progress through regular tests, assignments, and projects.
- Maintain discipline and an engaging learning environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Guide students for board exams and competitive English examinations.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and teaching strategies.
- Provide individual support to students for academic and personal growth.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with digital tools for teaching and learning.

- Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
- Innovative teaching methods and use of educational technology.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to connect with teenagers.
- Time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
